You can easily book any of our services online. Simply visit our Book Now page, choose the service you need, select an available time slot, and provide your details.
To cancel or reschedule your booking, click on the link provided in your confirmation email and follow the prompts to make changes.
Window Cleaning:
A water supply will be needed for this service.
Ensure all windows remain closed during the cleaning process.
If your vehicle is in the driveway, please leave at least 2 meters of space between the vehicle and the wall.
Chimney Sweep:
For safety, no children under the age of 16 should be in the area during the service.
One window or door should remain open during the chimney sweeping.
The fireplace or stove must not be lit for at least 24 hours prior to our arrival.
Ensure the lights are on, and one power socket is available for the vacuum.
Gutter Cleaning:
A power socket is needed for the vacuum used in gutter cleaning.
If your vehicle is in the driveway, please ensure at least 2 meters of space between the vehicle and the wall.
Carpet Cleaning:
Remove clutter and fragile or valuable items before we begin.
Although we will vacuum the carpet, feel free to vacuum it yourself if preferred.
Let us know if there are any specific areas of concern on the carpet.
Allow the carpet to fully dry before walking on it after cleaning.
